- The characters "[Rapid Resolve] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Loyal Butler] Giulio Gandini" from the My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Hot Picks Recruits and the My Hero Academia The Movie: You're Next Step Up Recruits cannot be selected.
- Characters from special seasonal events such as "[Yukata Time!] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Ocean Sun] Ochaco Uraraka" cannot be selected.
- Characters from the 10 M Downloads Manga Series: Over 100 M Copies Published WW Recruit and 10 M Downloads Manga Series: Over 100 M Copies Published WW Step Up Recruit such as "[100 Million] Izuku Midoriya", "[100 Million] Katsuki Bakugo", and "[100 Million] All Might" cannot be selected.
- The characters "[Power to Change the Future] Izuku Midoriya" and "[Power to Change the Future] Katsuki Bakugo" from the Power to Change the Future Hot Picks Recruits and the Power to Change the Future Step Up Recruits cannot be selected.
- You can check the selectable characters, as well as view their drop rates, by following the directions below.
1. Tap either the "+" button at the top of the Home screen or "Shop" from the Menu.
2. Tap the "Value Pack" tab from the Shop screen.
3. Tap the "i" button on "[4.5 Year Anniv. After Party] UR Character Recruit! Custom Pack".
4. Tap "Ticket Rates" on the Confirm Details screen.
